I was pleasantly surprised by how well Sesame Place handled allergies and how knowledgeable they were! For context, I only purchased a grilled chicken salad and ice cream. I brought my own lunches and snacks, but we spent two full days at Sesame and had dinner there one night because it was the 4th of July and the fireworks were at 9.

My mother-in-law printed this out, and it was very handy to reference while in the park!
I must say that I didn't feel comfortable eating the popcorn due to all the gluten at the stand. I was with a big group, and sharing the popcorn or taking my serving first was a risk I didn't feel comfortable taking.
Everywhere I went, I asked about gluten-free options despite having this email, just to double-check. Every place had a binder with a full list of allergens and ingredients. It also included a chart marking allergens with an 'x' or 'CC' for cross-contamination, like the fries were marked 'CC'. I've heard that the dine with Elmo is great with allergies as well, but we didn't do that.
The food is definitely park food, but overall, I was really happy with my dining experience at Sesame Place.
I also found some DELICIOUS food outside the park! I found a dedicated gluten free bakery 5 miles from the park- The Happy Mixer- and it was the BEST!
