his was truly a meal I could not stop thinking about! I just discovered this hidden gem for gluten free food! They pride themselves on being able to make almost anything gluten free. There is minimal gluten even in their kitchen! EVERY SINGLE THING FRIED is gluten free!! Plus they have dairy free cheese?!

This unsuspecting Italian restaurant is packed with gluten free options! The best feeling at a restaurant is having too many options!

Please note the pizza is cooked in the same oven but they do have a part of the kitchen where they prepare the gf pizza away from the gluten pizza. They will put it in a pan to cook so it’s not in the oven
